Skirt has been missing for seven days now! I
have searched the garden, the alley, all the neighbors’ gardens,
the rubbish bins in the Lane (when Killer was not around), the
park, the canal, the shops, the cellar, and the shed, but there
is no sign of her. I’m worried that she’s got lost. Humans are
hopeless navigators due to their poor sense of smell. Trousers
and Brat don’t seem the slightest bit concerned. Humans can be
so uncaring.
